Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to the AIDS Research Center website and Foundation-created downloads. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with its educational and public-interest purpose.
Educational—not individualized clinical—use
The Center does not create a clinician-patient relationship and does not diagnose, prescribe or determine eligibility for a medicine or service. Time-sensitive or personal decisions require qualified local care.
Permitted use
- Read, link to, print and download public materials for personal, educational and non-commercial public-interest use.
- Quote brief portions with accurate attribution and without changing their meaning.
- Use checklists and templates for research, teaching or professional preparation.
- Share direct links so readers can see the current version and sources.
Prohibited use
- Impersonating the Center or The Bach Foundation.
- Removing attribution or presenting Foundation editorial work as your own.
- Using the site to provide deceptive, unlawful or unsafe medical claims.
- Automated activity that disrupts service, bypasses security or creates unreasonable load.
- Repackaging third-party copyrighted research beyond the rights granted by its owner.
External material and availability
External publications remain governed by their owners' terms and licenses. Links may change, and the Center cannot guarantee the availability, security or completeness of third-party services. Source inclusion is not a product endorsement.
No warranty and reasonable limitation
The Center works to keep information accurate and current but provides a global educational resource, not a guarantee that every page applies to every jurisdiction or circumstance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, use remains at the reader's responsibility.
