Knowledge as practical empowerment

The Bach Foundation describes its work as empowerment rather than short-term charity: giving people knowledge, tools and durable opportunity. The AIDS Research Center applies that principle to public-health information by making evidence understandable, traceable and freely accessible.

The Foundation's role

• Publishes and maintains the AIDS Research Center.
• Protects the Center's free-access and no-advertising commitment.
• Supports evidence transparency, corrections and public-interest governance.
• Receives necessary editorial, accessibility, privacy and security correspondence through a direct user-initiated contact channel.

Independence and attribution

External publications, datasets, clinical guidelines and trial records remain the work of their original authors and institutions. The Foundation receives credit for the Center's organization, editorial synthesis, interface, public explanations and governance—not for third-party science.
