High-priority concerns
- A claim that could delay urgent assessment or treatment.
- False information about transmission, testing, prevention or U=U.
- A preclinical finding presented as a human cure.
- A source that has been corrected, retracted or replaced.
- Language likely to stigmatize or expose a person or community.
Provide
- Page and exact wording.
- Reason the claim is misleading or harmful.
- Authoritative source or original record supporting review.
- Date observed and, when relevant, jurisdiction.
